Subject: New Electronic Verification System Effective October 1, 2023

Effective October 1, 2023, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is transitioning to its new Electronic Verification System (EVV) vendor, HHAeXchange.

The new system is designed to streamline day-to-day EVV transactions, making the clock-in and clock-out process more efficient and user-friendly.

Training and Support:

To ensure a smooth transition, we will be scheduling comprehensive training sessions for all employees. These training sessions will equip you with the necessary skills to make the most of the new EVV system. Our support team will also be readily available to assist you with any questions or issues that may arise during this transition period.

Go-Live Date:

The official launch date for the new EVV system is October 1, 2023. On this day, the new EVV system will be fully operational, and we will discontinue the use of our old systems. Please make sure to attend the training sessions scheduled for you to be well-prepared for these changes.
